The LUC Christmas Committee is concerned with the well-being of students in terms of recreation and social life on campus. Through social activities, parties, we hope to enrich the student life on LUC. We believe parties unify and contribute to a better, safer and more enjoyable time at LUC. Our first party was hosted to celebrate Christmas in 2010. The party was a success, resulting in parties to celebrate the homecoming after the winter and summer break, as well as a party to celebrate the end of the first academic year at LUC in May 2011.
The Christmas Committee aims to organize at least 4 parties every academic year at LUC, one in each block, with the annual Christmas Party being regarded as most important. The Christmas Committee currently consists out of four permanent members and several ‘friends of the Christmas Committee’ who help in the preparation of the events.
